Introduction of the butt welder
Butt welder is one of the important equipments for the high frequency welded tube production line. Its function is to shear the end parts in the loop and head parts from the flatten machine parallely, then keep them in a line and weld with CO2 protection. The machine uses PLC control with reasonable design and compact structure. The automation is high, it is a typical integrated equipment of mechanical-electrical-hydraulic.
