Detailed description of the stainless steel clad pipe/Tube:
1) Coating 0.3-0.6mm thickness stainless steel on the surface of carbon steel pipe with the special technology, the product has the features of both artistic appearance, therefore, corrosion resistance of stainless steel and high strength of carbon steel
2) It is substitute of stainless steel pipe as its lower price comparing with that of stainless steel pipe
3) It is widely used in household commodities, shoe racks, public facilities and guardrails such as all kinds of clothes racks, retractable poles, article racks, all purpose combination racks, table and chair legs, indoor handrails, ship and bus racks, and outdoor guardrails.
4) The range of pipe diameter is from 15.8mm to 159mm, and the wall thickness of pipe is 0.6mm to 6.0mm.
5) The wall thickness of carbon steel pipe can be according to requirement of customer to improve the carrying capacity of clad pipe.
6) The carbon steel pipe can be replaced by galvanized pipe if it is needed to improve the wall strength further, therefore, replace the stainless steel pipe completely
7) The cut length of the pipe is 6m, which can also be according to customers’ requirement.
